Ammonium Peruranate, (NH4)2O2.(UO4)2
Ammonium Peruranate, (NH4)2O2.(UO4)2.8H2O, is obtained by the action of hydrogen peroxide and excess of ammonia on a solution of uranyl nitrate; on the addition of alcohol it separates as an orange- yellow crystalline precipitate.
