Colloidal Uranium
Uranium has been obtained in colloidal form by means of dispersion methods, but the sols do not appear to be stable for more than a few hours. Svedberg prepared by electrical dispersion the isobutyl alcosol, which was deep brown by transmitted light and black by reflected light, and was completely coagulated after standing twelve hours.
